What is our Sensory-Friendly Performance?
HBT is exited to offer our first sensory-friendly performance! This show includes modifications to create a more comfortable viewing environment for the audience. It is a great option for audience members with sensory sensitivities as well as groups with young children! You will see the same amazing performance but with a few adjustments:
Noise from the audiences is expected and accepted!
Lights over the audience will remain on throughout the show.
Volume levels will be a bit lower and kept more even.
Audience members are allowed to get up and walk around or move in and out of the theater during the performance.
Electronic devices such as phones and tablets may be used with headphones (recording and flash photography are still not permitted).
This project is made possible with funds from Arts Alive, a regrant progra, of ArtsWestchecster with support from the Office of the Governor, the New York State Legislature, and the New York State Council on the Arts.
