Sensory Friendly Performances
HBT is dedicated to making sure that dance is inclusive and accessible to everyone.
Sensory-Friendly performances include modifications to create a more comfortable viewing environment for the audience. It is a great option for audience members with sensory sensitivities as well as groups with young children. You will see the same amazing performance but with a few adjustments:

Noise from the audiences is expected and accepted!

Lights over the audience will remain on throughout the show.

Audience members are allowed to get up and walk around or move in and out of the theater during the performance.

Electronic devices such as phones and tablets may be used with headphones (recording and flash photography are still not permitted).
